They promised me a sunroof, never happened

Squad cars have it in my contract to purchase a car,that they will fit a factory sunroof on the car ,since they falsely advertised it as having a panoramic roof. they have since stalled on making good on their word. This is my last resort before i go the legal route. <br> <br> they have also never valet my car,no given me my registration plates.
