I purchased a Mercedes GL 500 from Squad Cars, on the weekend just prior to the lock-down. The papers were promised delivery in that same week; ie, BEFORE Friday, when the country went into lock-down. After weeks of not getting any reply to my queries I called the sales Manager, last week and the papers eventually arrived Monday 1st June. There was no roadworthy certificate in the envelope, which is not in line with what I was promised : That the vehicle had been through some 100 point test program and that it would be sold with a current roadworthy certificate. After obtaining this myself, at MY cost, I messaged the Sales Manager requesting a refund; NO RESPONSE. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
