Poor after sales service

I purchased a BMW X3 from Squad cars, with the provision that e few small issues be rectified. Upon collection of the BMW, I was informed their driver bumped the car (Minor), but that they would rectify it. The BMW was returned to repair the front bumper, and some small issues that was not completed. From there it only went downhill. The repair work was poorly done, and on the day I was supposed to collect the vehicle, was informed that their driver reversed into a pole ! The car was subsequently returned for repair, and on receipt was noted that whoever they used to repair it, nearly set the car on fire, by using something in the USB port that melted the interior of the console. Again this was replaced, but the vehicle returned with damage to the center console. This has been promised to be replaced for the past 5 weeks now, without doing so. Over and above, they had the rims refurbished, only for me to find that the lock nuts were stripped, and the one wheel was loose ! To date I am still waiting for them to repair the driver’s door properly, as the paintwork that was done, does not match in color, the rear deck lid paint is substandard, and the clips when stripping was broken, and not replaced.

I have left numerous messages for the owner/director to come back to me, but no communication from them, and the sales team just keep promising to get back to me.
