Poor after sales

Good day

Very good service and assistance received from them with the deal. But after sales is very poor. Waited like 2 weeks for my payout. Had to constantly follow up if my previous vehicle was settled and to get the proof. (I had to phone and whatsapp every time, they did not update me on anything until I phoned them) Promises and faults on vehicles still not sorted and no communication what so ever from them even after numerous emails, whatsapps and phone calls. Still waiting on the goods that I need to receive as per their adverti*****t.

Can someone please assist as I do not get any assistance for over 2 weeks with all outstanding. Really poor after service.
