Never paid money over to insurance people

We brought a vehicle from Squad Cars Took out a 2 year Gold Plus policy out from iMPAC. They never paid the money over to iMPAC, now that we want our money as the bank paid the money to them when we brought the car the full of excuses....You will phone them then they say its paid over to iMPAC but iMPAC instruct them to pay the money over to us and they didn't received it aswell.<br> Please people taking out this kind of policies make sure because at the end of day they Squadcars make money not paying of thus I don't know how such people be on the books of iMPAC underwritten by Zurich.
