Faulty Vehicle no after sales

We purchased a vehicle in September 2023. Was assured it was good condition and fully serviced. Immediately we had battery issues which was replaced then a crack on the windscreen appeared. It wasnt noticable since hit was hidden behind a dekra sticker, only when the crack started getting bigger it became visible. The clutch started giving issues as well. At this point we only had the car for two months. We been calling JJ for months and each time "Management will provide feedback" . We eventually contacted Mohammad which he said will speak to hyandai but to this day still nothing. It's absolutely shocking the poor service.
