Bmw 640D

From day 1 I just had a bad experience wirh this car dealership. I will never recommend them to no one. When you there to purchase the car empty promises are made. To get stuff sorted takes months. I phoned managers different ones. Even owners. But to no avail. 1stly manager said we must buy carpets they will refund when we went to fetch our vehicle. We said its ok will buy and sent slip. Then they didnt want to come to the East rand to take out the lisence and asked us to do it and will refund. I had a loan car while issues was sorted on my vehicle. I had to purchase wiper blades for this vehicle as there was no wiper blades on the vehicle. Will refund. 23 Oct slips was sent. Its now 23 Feb 2024. Still no refund. JJ doesnt even answer me anymore. Worst experience i ever had. They do not go the extra mile for the custoner. I ende up paying for things that needed to fixed out of my own pocket due to just having enough of the BS. The workshop soesnt know what the sales people do and the sales people do not know what the workahops do. What is very questionable to me is that Dekra stickers is on all these vehicles but their is many faults on them. They get parked as is and sold. No service even being done before given to customers. I had to pay BME R3000 for a decent report on my vehicle as it was smoking. Just to find out rhe air fikter was loose and in such a bad state. More money out of my pocker. Lock nuts i had to buy. Ect ect. If the car was checked properly itand not put on the showroom just as is all this couldve been avaoided.

I await my refund. We pay extra fees for licensing thatd added. I await my refund asap.
