Can't deliver on agreed installation date - don't bargain on them staying to commitment

<p>During the renovations I received a couple of qoutes for alluminium frames as well as a stack door. Their qoute was about R500 cheaper than some other companies. Knowing what Iknow now I would rather pay R500 more and get the items on time. When I received the qoute I asked what the leadtime is and the answer was 2 weeks after deposit is paid, so deposit was paid then 1 week later I recevied a call they want to do final meaurements and suprise another amount of money to be paid. We are now on 3 weeks - installation was orignally scheduled for today and when I confirmed on Friday it got pushed to tomorrow. I am holding my breath as this might change again and they are costing me money as this is holding up my builders. Not that they care - so the R500 that I saved is going to cost me alot more due to delay in builders schedule</p>
