Hello Peter is an awesome website to bring to the end consumer with regards to service, if you use it in the correct manner and not just post just for the sake of things with out bringing the issues forward to a company. i really don't think it is there just to be taken advantage of to put a companies name in vain without giving the company a fair chance to assist.

I really do apologise on behalf of SQS Aluminium but unfortunately if you pay your accounts on time you would not have any delays with your order. I hope this can help you in the future then you wont have to go out of your way to bad mouth a company for your wrong doing.

Account was paid upfront 60%. Then your payment terms chaged to another 30% on manufacture and 10% on delivery. On investigation I found that hardly any matterial had been purchased for my order, Was olso told to get my Lawyer to fight the matter! 5 weeks into my order that was supposed to be 14days DELIVERED. Excuses then came, that some glass had to be send back to manufacturer, in fact no order had been placed with no glass supplier. For Once Be HONEST!! and face that you are an *********** LIER! I eventually had to COLLECT my ORDER!

Was no agreement for the manufacturing payment. Was only informed afterwards. How can I keep on paying without delivery. On the supposed delivery the full order was still not ready.
