Poor service by SQL South Africa

I ordered a Wifi Video doorbell from SQI in South Africa. Delivery was prompt but then I found out that the App with which the device is controlled, is not available in either Google Play store or Apple App store. Without the App, the device is useless. I have been trying for days now to get a response from the company but they do not answer emails or WhatsApp messages and they don't answer their phone.

If you value support, I would strongly advise against using this company.
