*****ing peoples money and not doing job

I went on website to find someone to link my home security to my cellphone, Ipad and Laptop so I can monitor my home from anywhere in the world. I found Spytek who asked me to send them photos of my DVR I use then the sent me a quote for R1300 and said I must pay on 18 June before they come out on the 19 June 15. They came out so unprepared. The lady Martha was reading on the paper trying to link but she was battling. They then said they never worked on a DVR it not the 1 they work on. She messed up my computer and download some **** that did not work. Then eventually they said they have another meeting to go to and will come back some other time and they said they will call me later that day. No one did. I then Phoned and sent John a email stating they must not come back as they do not know what they are doing. He then promised in an email they will pay my R1300. Then this so called women Lelo that says she is the director sends me an email to tell me she will not pay my money back. The first thing you do is to connect the Telkom cord from DVR to laptop then you try to download and connect but the opposite was done without connecting anything. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK
