Spytek...AVOID AVOID

I ordered and paid for a product on 28 August 2017. Delivery terms are at worst promised to be within 7 -14 working days. Heard nothing. Followed up on 12 September. Got told Spytek has no idea when (if?) my product will be delivered. I told them I want a refund, and got told Spytek company policy is not to refund, but only to offer a credit. I don't want a credit, so decided to wait for the product. On 2 October I had to contact Spytek for an update....still nothing and no idea when/if I'll get my order. On 4 October I received an email saying that my product will be delivered tomorrow (5 October). On 9 October I followed up with SpyTek, who proudly advised me my product was safely delivered to some person with the surname Vorster, at some address that bears no resemblance to my chosen shipping address! Apparently another replacement product will be dispatched asap. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with this company - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
