Severely alse Advertising: GPS vs BLuetooth trackers

Context: The product (Jiobit) I am trying to find a South African equivalent for is a gps tracker for kids, adults, seniors and pets. It offers a complete location tracking platform which uses Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Cellular, and GPS.

This product would help me find my pets if they were to get lost or my gran if she were to wander away... This item does not need your phone to be "locatable" as it has its own sim, uses GPS and has a long battery life.

The product I was offered was a Bluetooth "key finder" listed as a GPS device with a very badly rated google play store rating because it does not do what it's supposed to.

This is severely false advertising.
