Lutendo Siphuma from Spuris Law

I was ****med, I have divorce case that is still pending. I filled all my divorce papers own. My first appearance in court judge told me to find a Lawyer. As was on one of the legal page on Facebook and I used to hear people commenting that and get helped. After posting the this Lutendo Siphuma approached me and he asked me to send my documents which I did. He comes back and said my case will cost R7.000 and he wants R5,000 diposit to start my case. I paid diposit and the balance I told him will pay him R500.00. I signed everything with him every month there was a story and he was keep on demanding more money I told him I will stick on the agreement that I signed. After I paid him R6,500 I then told him I won't pay the R500.00 that is left until you act on my case. First was to my file is missing, I said I will go to court for them to check for my file, he said must relax he will make plan

He Came back to me he find the file, I asked for the court date it also take time. He give me court date before even we go to court he send me email that my documents have errors

When I quistioned him why he didn't check my documents first before he ask for money. Was told he is not interested on my case I must sack another Lawyer. I never meet him until today it's now a a year he is quite I lost my R6.500 just like that . He still have my original documents with him.
