BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

on the 13/05/2025 around 7:34 I asked my husband to call Chatoga Spur Glen Marais for me to order a breakfast. Which he did a spoke to white lady and place an order, they told my husband that by 8am my breakfast will be ready. I drove to them; I was there around 8:05 they told me my order is not ready. I was so disappointed with their service, why did they told my husband the breakfast will be ready at 8am.
