Poor service
On the 3rd of July 2026 I decided to surprise my family by placing an online order at Spur N1. I received confirmation and the message said that I can collect my food in 25 minutes. When I came there and my parcel wasn't waiting for me, I then knew that there was a problem. One of the youngsters went to the kitchen to find out what the holdup was. He came back and said that they are still busy with the order. After a few minutes the manager came and I showed him my order. His reply was that he does not know about this order. He looked on the computer and then he went to the kitchen and came back and said that the food was lying there and it was not finished yet. He gave me a cup of coke. I waited 45 minutes for my order and left without the juice. This was my last time at Spur. They have lost another customer. I hope they took notice of this.
