abuse of pensioners goodwill

My wife and myself went to the Spur Jacaranda mall, ordered a pensioners special each. The waitress affirmed our order ,but only presented us with half of the pensioners menu. No desert was offered. She presented us with a bill of R332.60, three times the advertised price. After paying R360.60 inclusive of a tip. s he refused us the copy invoice an credit card bill, stating she required it for her own purposes. We reported this mala fide misconduct and abuse by e-mail to spur Help desk requesting their action. As Proof of this expenditure we can present the credit card statement reflecting the purchase ,time and date.
