Spur Eastgate, worst restaurant ever

I had the worst treatment ever at Spur Eastgate, absolutely refuses to help me, I had a voucher which I bought to buy an Unreal breakfast and went hoping to have a great time, they said they couldn't accept the voucher, said it's been used etc, just excuses, a brand new voucher bought five minutes before I went, I went in the rain (drizzling out of my way, only to be refused help, I will never ever go back there again, worst restaurant ever, I hope they close down
