Forward to September... I mentioned it in a Facebook thread that I love the glasses but I was having a problem, a representative from the company gets on the thread and tells me to contact them. Long story short, they replaced my pair within days, the customer service was fabulous, the product is amazing. The new pair is perfect, no problems!
