Frustration from Spruyt inc

Very bad service

My case was from 2015 and finalised 2020, where payment was made to their trust on the 14/05/2021 and ever since iv been calling them and visiting their office where excuses started by them saying the money has not reflected in their account, to them saying they still working on my file.iv called again recently and was told the file is with the director for sign off, a month later I still haven’t received my money, I’m told to be patient

They never communicate with clients and they are never transparent. The finance Manager is very rude and have no sense of proper conduct towards clients

Legal action needs to be taken against this firm. No one is above the law
