No customer service and old stock

I had a very bad experience at spruce store Oakhurst office park. I bought a pair of sneakers for R1200 on the 31st October 2023, I wore them on the 4th of November not even full day then I noticed they were damaged on the 6th I phoned the store no answer then I sent email still no reply I phoned during the week the lady in the store told me to email again she will forward it to management 2 days after still nothing on the 20th again I reached the store she told me they haven't said anything . I will not recommend the store to anyone even though their items are less percentage off it simply shows that even the fragrance doesn't smell as they should because it's old old stock and they've reached their expiry date.
