Springvale Online is an inbox/spam pest, unsubscribe doesn't work

Don't expect any sort of payout or reward from Springvale Online for completing surveys, it's a waste of time. For this reason I've been trying to unsubscribe, but it's impossible to truly get rid of Springvale Online's incessant emails. They'll continue to be a pest in your email inbox even after unsubscribing multiple times. This has been ongoing for more than a year now.
