Cannot process rewards timeously

<p>I have been completing online surveys via Springvale and to date, they have NEVER been able to keep to their word when it comes to processing the rewards. I am a subscriber to a few online survey portals and experience this with just SPRINGVALE. When you sent them an enquiry, you DON'T RECEIVE RESPONSES!!! I am sick and tired of their attitude. If you don't want to process requests timeously, or respond to emails, MAYBE YOU NEED TO SHUT DOWN YOUR WEBSITE as you TAKE AND DON'T BOTHER TO GIVE WHAT IS DUE UNLESS WE SEND YOU 100s OF EMAILS. </p> <p>Further, I have requested for the management details and AM STILL WAITING!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC</p>
