Springs Traffic Department

I've been to a couple of traffic departments to renew my license, the Springs Traffic Department is the worst of them all. The service is very poor, almost everyone I was with failed the eye test, I wonder when last was that machine calibrated? Even after coming from the doctor, I had to start with the queue from scratch. Then, 14h59, the doors were closed for the day. This centre needs some serious intervention from the leaders otherwise it should just be shut down because it's frustrating.
