POOR SERVICE From Nissan Springs Brach
<p>I phone Nissan for a quotation for my car for Clutch replacement, a quotaion was sent to me and i took the car in on the 14/02/2017, on the 17/02/2017 when i went to collect the car it was discovered that a wrong quotation was sent to me. the new invoice had a balance of R9000 compared to the 1st quotation of R1400 that i received from Christa.</p> <p> </p> <p>i logged a complain with their head office as i was not happy about that siatuation on the 20/02/2017 the consultant attending my case is Precious. she called me on the 21/02/2017 to update me that she is unable to get hold of Phillip which is the nissan service manager at Springs she will get back to me as soon as she gets hold of her.</p> <p> </p> <p>to my suprise today when i called her for feedback was told she is not in, however the status on my complain says that Phillip apologised to me and i accepted the apology and agreed to the R7109 wich was the discounted amount......</p> <p> </p> <p>LIes Lies Lies!!!!!! i agreed to the amount why would i log a complain?</p> <p>I paid the R7101 because i had no choice i needed my car and i informed Phillip and Christa that i am taking the matter up, both of them said NO PROBLEM, As for the apology they are talking about i dont remember receiving from Phillip or Christa both of them they were arogent about the matter. it was a situation of take it or leave...i i dont accept the offer than they dont release my car....</p> <p> </p> <p>PEOPLE OF EAST RAND BE WARNED ABOUT NISSAN SPRINGS BRANCH. THEY ARE CRUGS AND THEY CANT R EVEN TAKE RESPONSIBILY OF THEIR ACTIONS.</p> <p> </p> <p>AS I AM WRITING WAS TOLD MY STERING WHEEL WAS FIXED FRIM THE NOISE THAT IT WAS MAKING WHEN IT TURNS. THE SAME THING IS STILL HAPPENNING WITH THE STEARING WHEEL AND I PAID THEM.</p> <p> </p> <p>SO CALLED SERVICE MANAGER(Phillip) i dont understand how he got the tittle because he has no customer service expirience and arrogent. NISSAN IS EVEN WILLING TO DRUG ITS NAME TO THE MAD BY PROTECTING Christa who does not know what she is doing......</p>
