incorrect settlement of trade in vehicle

On the 30 March 2017 I traded in my vehicle at your dealership and signed my contract for a new vehicle purchase.

To date I have provided settlement amounts through as well as notified the date by which it needed to be paid. The dealer paid the settlement two days late resulting in interest. I continuously send follow ups as to date the account is still not settled.

This resulted in a salary deduction for the old vehicle I no longer have which then settled the account. Logged a customer complaint with Nissan customer care to be reimbursed the difference. • Case Number: ********** 0
• Assisting Dealer: Springs Nissan
• Date Logged: 2017/04/21
• Consultant: Vanecia Ndhlovana

to date no response received.

I find that the process surely cannot take this long and from a customer perspective the non-communication on feedback being provided is unacceptable.

When I took delivery of the new vehicle I was informed that I wold be told the details of a panel beater that Nissan uses so that I could take the new car in for repair – I still do not have this detail, I wrote on the documentation when I took delivery of the vehicle that the repair needs to be done.

utterly disgusted in the manner of which this is being dealt with, My next step will be to log this complaint through even higher.
