Worst customer experience

Kia springs damaged my car. I took my car for service and was told that I had to replace the clutch plate, it was replaced however the car started giving me problems. I took the car back thry said it was fixed. The car is now worse it's gears are not working. I am so angry because ghis is my source of transport to work and I need this company to do the right thing or give me my money back
