Poor customer service

Recently bought a car at Kia Springs , I waited houes at the dealership because of paperwork issues, they were expecting me in that day so I don't understand why they didbt have everything ready .

They said they will register the car for me and to this day no plates no disc were delivered as discussed , permit has expired today and I am the one who has to persistently do follow ups about this .
