pay back my money

I bought a car at springs kia in June 2018 , then Nompi Sethuntsha said I should register the car they will pay all cost back..I then registered it in September and emailed her all required documents for refund as per our communication, I called week in out and emailed her she gave me a run around like a fool till to date no refunds has been made. I want my money back
