Kia Springs spoiled my day with their approach and service

My first service with Kia Springs was just okay, had to do it because I had no experience doing it (first time taking a car for service) ..part of doing the service... washing of the car it's like they are in a hurry or doing a favour The second time, I called on a Monday and set an appointment for Saturday (2 July 2022)...called again on Friday and Come Saturday...I felt so belittled and I didn't even know how to respond because it was so unexpected...I was approached and told my car was not on their records that I did not book The lady made me to feel like it's all my fault...and whoever booked was only working during the week is therefore not around to answer....the lady that was assting kept on saying there's nothing she can do then...until my husband came..she was then asking what's the service for, she can and squiz it in (I want to believe she just saw me as a young lady and just undermind me)....I am really disappointed Hoping to take my care else where next time
