Disgusting customer
Good day lm very upset went to Kia Springs lady called Billy Hansen to rest drive the car with me and we agreed to have the car booked in for the noise coming from steering wheel on Monday all of a sudden he had amnesia and he can't remember test driving the car as the technician found out that there's nothing wrong with the car. Is not like lm bored and I have petrol money for up and down. I don't understand why would he lie about test driving my car with me inside it and why would I bring the car if everything was fine.
I don't know if it's incompetence or just not plain rudeness coming from him. I sat the whole day without my car hoping to have it fixed.

It's the 8th July 2025 after l was told yesterday by Pretty Ngwenya that they found nothing wrong my car and she promised me yesterday that the person who was working on my car will drive me with me to listen to the noise to my surprise l was the guy was not in had an emergency. This morning again l drove with my car and still could hear the same noise on my steering wheel it's very upsetting to have a car been to the workshop and still come with the same problem.
I do not understand why any other people wasn't available to test drive the vehicle so I guess if whoever worked on my vehicle was sick my car couldn't be fixed I hate arrogance and rudeness of people who are supposed to be helping us.
Basically I will be going back to work with the same problem because someone had an emergency clearly my problem is not an emergency. I'm becoming helpless and annoyed by all this seriously.
