Still waiting for a refund

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered a pendant light at the beginning of November. After being informed that the item was out of stock, the consultant and I agreed that a refund was necessary. Then, having sent six emails back to follow up, I am STILL waiting - despite all their promises. Do not do business with this company!
