The worse company to ever deal with

* On 29th May 2020 I sent my car to be repaired at Springfield panel and paint

* On 19th June 2020 after me i complain about the time frame to repair my car they call me in to collect my car at an incomplete point i noted it down.

* On 20th June 2020 i emailed all parties regarding my car , Alexandra forbes , gareth bennnison assessing services and Springfield panel and paint , i did inform them about my motor vehicle.

* On 22nd June 2020 Springfield called me in to collect a loaner car, so i did take pictures and noted to Youlanne an employee of Springfield panel and paint that the loaner was not road worthy.

* On 9th July 2020 i was called to collect my car, i was upset with the poor workmanship , and even more upset cause they had broke a R14000 kenwood dvd navigation head unit , they also had my alarm control module hanging and the wires was hitting the clutch, i explained to them that i expect a good job done and then i left

* On 10th July 2020 i was asked by Andrews bennison , to remove my car from Springfield panel and paint and send it to another panel shop, i then contacted the new panel shop on instructions to do so and then made arrangements to have my car collected, as i reached the panel shop i parked the car , then an employee of Springfield panel and paint asked for the loner car key , i gave it to her upon doing so i opened the left front door , to remove my laptop and the door caugt the fender and bent it in , they then refused to release my car unless i sign an A.O.D form , i refused point blank , on basses that i did not open that door in the past and that the one time i do open the door this happens, i did tell them that i had documented the car before taking it, and i did note that the door line and the fender line was too close thats the reason the fender bent, so they basically tried to strongarm in signing an A.O.D

* So i have emailed all the required information that i do have , i will be needing a courtesy vehicle due to the fact that i need to be on the road in order to fo my job if i dont get my job done i will personally hold insurance company responsible for any loses in my work finance , and Alexander forbes insurance company should take this matter up further.
