Terrible Staff!!

Our vehicle was towed by the request from the insurance company from our panel beater to springfield Panel and Paint. After paying R7744.74 for towing and storage fees, they have refused to release the vehicle to us to have the repairs done. They are ****ed off that we did not choose their quote. The lady - I think her name is Rosie - shouted at me over the phone - meanwhile, all she needed to do was check her bank statement!! Thanks for nothing Springfield Panel and Paint!!!
