Pathetic panelbeaters - Springfield panel and paint

Absolutely terrible panelbeaters. My vehicle went to them in February 2020 for repairs after I had an accident. After many Calls, I was told that my vehicle is almost ready. When I showed up unexpected to have a look at my car, it was nowhere near finished. The staff lies constantly. My insurance got involved and when I went to pick up my car in March, the repairs were terrible. 3 days after picking it up, rust started setting in. The staff broke a brand new bumper and then patched it up. Which split after I picked up the car from them. There were bacteria growing in my car as well. My windows had over spray of paint and my power steering had a terrible loud noise to it. These are just a few of the issues. There was a page long number of issues which we picked up and it was handed to them. On level 3 of the lockdown, the car was taken back to get the faults repaired. This was in July. Back and forth again because their staff kept lying to me about parts being on back order (yet they weren't even ordered). My insurance requested an assessor to check the power steering. Before the assessor arrived, Springfield Panel and paint sorted the power steering out. So when the assessor arrived, he couldn't find the fault which I reported. When I questioned the staff, she laughed! Since July, I lost count of how many times my car was taken to them to get sorted out. Over and above this, the staff broke the clips on the rubber inside my door, as well as all 4 window beadings. They then **** to my insurance that it was already broken when I brought it in. Lucky for me , I had taken out pictures of the vehicle every time I dropped it off and picked it up! All of my issues were addressed with the director, however, she ignored all me issues and passed my complaints on to the very staff that kept lying to me for 7 months. Absolutely pathetic service from Springfield panel and paint and even more pathetic service from the director of Springfield panel and paint. Their workmanship is terrible and all you get from staff and director are lies. After 7 months of lies from them I resorted to seeking legal advise. Lucky for them a new manager was appointed and I managed to get my vehicle repaired after 7 months of lies, pathetic service, and terrible repair work!
