Terrible service fro Springfield Motors

I took my fully assembled gearbox to Springfield Motors in Ottery. I spoke to Riaan who said they don't charge to assess the gearbox but will only charge to fix the gearbox. I left it there and when he called me 2 days later I said the quote is too much. I wont be fixing it at the moment. I sent a friend of mine to collect the gearbox and was told I need to pay R650 for the gearbox. After arguing about it on the phone he was prepared to waiver the cost. He sent the box just like that in pieces. He did not even have the decency to put it back together again. He says that's the way they work. I did not take him a gearbox that was stripped. It was a complete box. This is an automatic gearbox so what happens if there are parts missing? I am so furious, this is totally unacceptable. And on top of it to charge R650 when he said there is no charge to assess the box. Some people are just ****** and *********.
