Poor service from SUMP

I have waited here for over 3 hours to buy a simple spare wheel carrier. The staff are incredibly incompitent and arrogant. They pass the buck and welcome conflict. I wish I had never come here and they wont ever see me again. They have the spares but when people and processes lack its a recipe for frustrated customers ( I wasnt the only upset customer)
