Car scratched at Toyota

I have serviced my car at Toyota Springbok. I went to fetch my car and when I got home I've noticed that my car was scratched. I went back to them very early when they opened and told them about the scratched. They told me they will look at it on cameras and will get back to me. Twee weeks went pass and I have not heard anything from them. I went went back to them and they told me the person in charge is o lunch and will call me, no call back. I went vack again after alot of calls and they Saif the person is on leave. I called again and the person in charge told me, they did not pick up anytime on the camera and will look at the car wash. It's been two months now and I have not receive any call or any feedback from them, Which us very clear it's there fault. Very, angry customer.
