Unsatisfactory service

<p>The service I received today at sprinbok pharmacy was absolutely disgusting. Two kids I was babysitting apparently used some cream unbeknownst to me, the security guard approached me in a very rude way to say I have to come with him to get the cream and go pay for it. I spend more than R400 rand a month there and after speaking to the manager was told that they can't sell that cream anymore, literally 2 drops were used. This business man could not understand that I would have no problem to pay the R24 for the cream but that he would lose my R400 a month business. The whole scenario was handled in a very undignified way. The children were very upset as their parents are going through a divorce and I was taking them out for the day. Is this what the service industry has come to in this country. Their was also no sample bottle available</p>
