Terrible Customer Service

<p cl***="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: #1***7d;">I am actually quite appalled to say the least by the rudeness of the person I was speaking to just now in your dispatch. I call in to ask about when my order will be delivered and I am given the response that I do not understand your system and that they don’t know when my order will be delivered??? What? Maybe some customer service skills needs to be reviewed. </span></p> <p cl***="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: #1***7d;">I order online all the time and have never received such problems. If I knew that this process from ordering from you is tedious and would be such a painful experience, I would not have bothered. </span></p> <p cl***="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #1***7d; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">Please can someone advise when my item will delivered if at all!</span></p>
