Springbok Pharmacy False Advertising Free Delivery
So after several orders at Springbok Pharmacy over the past few months for my mother who is not able to drive etc, they send me an email yesterday after I placed an order for R42.00, and a order placed the day before for R 100.00 , on the mail stating the below: *Thank you for your order – kindly note unfortunately your order needs to be R100 or more to qualify for the free delivery. Please advise if you are willing to place another order then we can combine the two orders. Apologies for any inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us if you require any further assistance.* Which nowhere on their websites states orders should be more than R100.00 local areas get free delivery. I do understand the situation of minimum orders but can't they just add two orders if they see its going to the same address, I work at an online business and we deal with the same everyday, but unfortunately I see this as false advertising, I also asked them to kindly advise me of where the T&C's are on their website in terms of orders above R 100.00 qualify for free delivery.
I am so disappointed, this has been a great process in placing an order and now its been an unpleasant one. I really hope the attitude of the orders department change because I personally feel I don't want to phone them ever again!
