I am disappointed by Springbok Pharmacy

After leaving a certain store I realised that I had forgotten to purchase coconut oil for my dog. Since Springbok Pharmacy was on my way to the car, I figured I'd just pop in there to buy some.

That was my biggest mistake of the day. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with hostility, disrespect and a blatant assault on my character by a teller and security gaurd. I chose to ignore this since I really needed the coconut oil. On my return to the same teller, with a 'still - lingering' security gaurd, I was harshly reprimanded by the two, and after a heated debate threatened with a call to the manager, which I insisted they do. The security gaurd then called her Supervisor and the teller abruptly proceeded to call her manager, who couldn't be bothered to attend to an altercation.

With my extensive experience in both the retail and hospitality sectors, I am appalled by how low the customer service bar is set at Springbok Pharmacy.

Needless to say, I'll never enter or recommend this particular business to anyone again. I cannot begin to describe my disdain and utter disgust by what I was forced to experience.
