Horrible service

<p>I placed an order online, as a first time customer no communication was made to me about the delivery. the delivery guy pitched up unexpected, when i said i do not have the cash, and before i could even utter another word or arrange for the payment, the man jumped in his car, threw the box of items in the boot and drove away. he did not even give me 30 seconds to speak. i felt disgusted that the delivery department did not communicate with me firstly about the delivery time and date and secondly at the drivers attitude.</p>
