Disappointed springbok client

Placed my order for meds on the 15th August 2020. Called them in the 20th confurmed that the meds would be sent. I called again on Wednesday the lady confirmed that I would receive my meds latest Friday afternoon. Called again today Sunday 23rd August still don't have my meds. Dispencery confirm that it was made up. However apparently dispatch needs to send it out. Put me to dispatch got put to switch board. Lady said I have to call back again on Monday. Told her that they need to get the act straight they loosing client and money. She put the phone down. So disappointing with then
