Breastmilk / cant feed baby .

This place is extremely pathetic!!! I'm a first time mom and I went to see the nurse there with my baby . I asked for a product to make my breastmilk abit more filling for my baby . They said I should get the vital brewers yeast it will definitely help . Within 2 days of drinking that , eating what I have to and the next morning my breast milk was GONE !!!!!!! Now I have to suffer and my baby cant be fed . Its lockdown and nor me or my husband can work to afford formula milk . This was our only way to feed my baby . My husband called the manager and he said that the tablets cant dry up my milk . I spoke to a lactation consultant and she said that the Vitamin B is not even good for a baby . How on earth can you breastfeeding mother yo get that product for breast milk and it's not even healthy for the baby and then second it dries up her milk . Not all moms are the same . Why couldnt they just say it might help or it might NOT help . They didnt even offer us a formula milk sothat I can feed my child because of the fact that they are the reason my milk stopped . The manager said I should go see a doctor. So who the hell is going to pay for that doctor? I already paid almost R100 for tablets that I wasnt suppose to drink with money I had to lend and R60 to see the blady clinic. I'm not leaving this here . I'm taking this case further if you dont help me . This is the baddest service I have ever had . Thankyou for taking my babies only milk form away and for letting her suffer now . God doesnt sleep . I hope people are warned of this place . Please moms be careful especially if you dont have a job !!!
