Bad service at the Springbokpharmacy clinic

Springbokpharmacy Clinic at Alberton Mall.

There is this Sr who goes by the name of Leonie the last time i let her go but this time, I could not. My mom was not feeling good so I decided to take her to the Clinic to be treated. It was packed and therefore we decided to take seats elsewhere another family joined us carrying a baby with down syndrome. Sr Leonie asked who is next the families response was they do not know as they are waiting for their file, she responded rudely and said that they need to sit the other side and when they tried to explain their reasons for sitting this side, she didnt give them a chance and stated that Springbok Pharmacy Clinic is not a government clinic and that they do not treat kids of that nature here.

What did she mean by that, who stated that Springbok pharmacy is a government institute. There was no need for her to speak in that manner and furthermore state that they no longer use such files, which are all lies.

I am really not pleased with such service from a Sr and when I raised this up I was told that she never likes working neither is she passionate about her job. I feel that if she no longer has interest in working then she must ship out and let those with great peoples s****s and the passion to help others take over.

Such behavior is intolerable and I will not accept such especially from a Sr who has continuously kept such behavior and nothing is done about this.

I will take this up further as people who come to the clinic do not do it because they like it but to be treated .
