Bad customer service

I ordered my chronic medication on the 15th to be delivered.

Was informed by dispensary orders they have a back log and I will only get my meds on Saturday. I understood and waited for Saturday

Saturday came and gone. No meds delivered. I called just before 3pm and they could not find my order.

Dispatch told me that they don't deliver on Sunday. I must now wait until Monday. Monday came and gone. No delivery. I called late Monday afternoon with no joy of delivery to me.

Tuesday I called after I spoke to dispatch and your operators on switch board. The operator told me she will look into it and get back to me straight away. The operator did not call me back and Tuesday came and gone no meds.

This morning at 7.30 I received a phone call from springbok pharmacy apologising for the manner my order was handled. The lady assured me that the meds will go out today with the driver. It is now 16.45 Wednesday and I still have not received my meds

I am on mood stabaliser and antidepressant. I am now unable to get out of my bed. I am getting heart palpitations from withdrawal of my meds.

I don't know what else I must do to get my meds.

Please email me a copy of all my open scripts on your system as I will be using another a supplier in future. I need this urgently.
