Springbok Parking - awful service and rude owners.

If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.

We booked parking for three vehicles a week in advance and paid in advance, receiving a receipt. When our vehicle arrived there was no one to be seen or found to collect our car, after numerous calls and messages stating that they are 3 minutes away we waited another 45 minutes, which placed considerable stress on our departure with two small children.

We were later told that they had no booking for our vehicle (after we had sent them the confirmation email received from them) and when my husband asked for a refund the owner of the company called him a clown and asked him whether he didn't have anything better to do than follow up on the poor service.

This is also not the first occasion that we have waited for cars when they were late with drop off and I have also had my car returned to me by a man on crutches - which does not seem to me to be a professional nor legal thing way to drive a car.

I would not suggest that you use Springbok Parking - their service is shoddy, their behavior leaves much to be desired and quite honestly they just do not look as professional as the other services.
