Filthy vehicle, poor client service and nonsense excuses

My vehicle was returned to me filthy. Carpets were put in incorrectly. Door frames were stepped on. The owner's response was "it rained and all the washers left. You can get a free day next time". So in other words, they could really care less and your car stands outside and is not in a "safe & secure" spot. It stands outside while you are away and if it hails? Really shocking client service.
