Damage to car on collection

I have used this valet service several times with no problem. I have even sent a good review via their Facebook page. However, having returned from a trip on the 26th March I was met by Morris and noticed a scratch on my front bumper which I mentioned to him. He was in a tremendous hurry, He told me the scratch was hidden under dirt when I left the car which was untrue as my car is washed every day. The car was parked in bright sun and it was only when I reached my home I realized that the scratches extended around the right side of my front bumper. I immediately tried to phone Meyer and being unsuccessful I sent him a sms with pictures. I have since tried to phone several times, left messages and written on Facebook and Messenger all of which have been ignored. In hindsight I realize I have never been given a copy of the form which should list any defects on the car when I hand it over and when I return.
